The double‑height lobby greets residents with large‑format marble‑effect porcelain flooring, fluted walnut wall panelling, and a cantilevered reception desk clad in brushed brass. Corridors carry the same stone tile on the floor but switch to acoustic felt panels overhead, softening ambient noise between units. A dedicated cinema room features ribbed timber slats over mineral‑fibre backing for optimal sound absorption, while tiered leather seating and integrated LED step lights echo the dark, cocooning palette shown in the renderings.

Within each apartment, hand‑veneered kitchen cabinets are paired with waterfall‑edge quartz counters; full‑height wardrobes conceal adjustable shelving behind pocket doors that slide flush to the wall. Bathrooms are lined floor‑to‑ceiling in book‑matched stone‑look slabs and fitted with floating vanities, back‑lit mirrors, and rimless glass screens. All joinery, stone modules, and sanitary fixtures were prefabricated in Foshan and delivered in phased consignments timed to the contractor’s fit‑out sequence, enabling rapid installation and a seamless material language from basement parking to rooftop terraces.
