The Cameroon Hotel Complex appointed George Group as sole EPC partner to deliver a multi-storey hospitality hub comprising an airy lobby, multi-station reception, signature bar, grand salle de fête, and more than 100 guest rooms and suites.

Our turnkey scope covered every discipline—structural works, brick façades, premium marble flooring, energy-efficient lighting, bespoke soft furnishings, brushed-metal accents, and spa-grade sanitary ware—engineered to perform in Central Africa’s humid climate while conveying contemporary elegance.

Using real-time video approvals and just-in-time output from our Foshan factories, we synchronised masonry, MEP, and FF&E trades, achieving first-time inspection approvals across all public areas and guest floors. The project reached hand-over two weeks ahead of schedule, enabling the owner to open before peak season with a fully operational destination that seamlessly blends modern comfort with Cameroonian hospitality.
