George Group has been commissioned to outfit a new G + mezzanine + one–storey showroom and office complex in Egypt, a 6 600 m² development that fronts an 8 400 m² industrial site . Working from the architect’s concept set and the full construction drawings  , we delivered every visible element of the interior and fit‑out package.

The public foyer is finished in large‑format marble‑effect porcelain that carries through to circulation spines, while the double‑height showroom combines low‑iron storefront glazing with powder‑coated aluminium mullions to put the client’s products on display. In the open‑plan office, raised floors conceal data and power feeds and are surfaced with loop‑pile carpet tiles that soften acoustics beneath a suspended mineral‑fibre ceiling grid. Frameless glass partitions, brushed‑metal ironmongery and bespoke melamine‑faced cabinetry create quiet, light‑filled private suites on the mezzanine and first floors.

Meeting and training rooms introduce fabric‑wrapped acoustic wall panels around quartz‑clad conference tables equipped with built‑in power modules, ensuring plug‑and‑play functionality. The executive area features American‑oak veneer, book‑matched along door leaves and built‑in storage, and engineered chevron flooring that contrasts with neutral walls to establish a warm, understated backdrop for client receptions.

Support facilities follow the same disciplined palette: the canteen pairs anti‑fingerprint compact laminate fronts with stainless‑steel worktops; rest‑rooms are finished in full‑height glazed porcelain, wall‑hung WCs and sensor taps; and the fire‑rated stair core is lined in non‑slip porcelain with stainless‑steel balustrades. Exterior hard‑scape items—including kerbs, interlock pavers and perimeter fencing—were supplied in a single batch to keep site logistics uncomplicated.

By coordinating tiles, glass, metals, millwork, loose furniture, lighting, acoustic systems and sanitary ware into one consolidated export, George Group translated the designer’s intent into a coherent, move‑in‑ready workplace that blends showroom elegance with day‑to‑day operational efficiency.
