Visitors step from large‑format stone‑look porcelain tiles into a veneered reception desk framed by a fluted feature wall and linear LED back‑lighting, a restrained palette that carries into the work areas via carpet‑tiled raised flooring, frameless glass partitions, and mineral‑fibre acoustic ceilings. The general‑manager’s office introduces book‑matched walnut wall cladding and engineered‑oak flooring, while the conference room pairs full‑height fabric acoustic panels with halo pendant lighting for a focused meeting environment. Support spaces share the same disciplined material language: moisture‑resistant laminate pantry cabinets beneath quartz worktops, and non‑slip porcelain plus full‑height glazed ceramics in the toilets.
